Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the hbaazi platform, including the website at hbaazi.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support services made available through hbaazi (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you ("the Player" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hbaazi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

hbaazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hbaazi will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden. hbaazi makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside its intended market.

References to "hbaazi", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to the hbaazi platform and its operating entity. References to "Platform" include all current and future services, features, and content made available through hbaazi.net and its associated applications.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the hbaazi Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. It is your responsibility to ensure that you satisfy these requirements before registering an account or making any deposit.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hbaazi enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling or entering into contracts under applicable law are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Residency: The Platform is designed for players located in Bangladesh. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is not permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order from hbaazi or any other gambling platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on hbaazi. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or IP address used.

hbaazi reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by hbaazi may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of hbaazi services, you must register a personal account through the hbaazi Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. hbaazi will never ask you to share your password with any member of our support team. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hbaazi support at [email protected] immediately.

• Accurate Information: All registration information must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your hbaazi account and must not share it with any third party. hbaazi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Account Updates: You must notify hbaazi promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or residential address.
• No Transfer: Your hbaazi account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any rights therein to any other person.
• KYC Verification: hbaazi may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at registration or at any subsequent point. Acceptable documents include a national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity, and a utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

hbaazi reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to access all features of the Platform, which may be subject to additional eligibility requirements or verification steps.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

hbaazi operates a BDT-native cashier designed around the payment infrastructure most commonly used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no foreign exchange fees or currency conversion charges applied by hbaazi on any transaction.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on the hbaazi Platform:

• bKash: Instant deposits credited to your hbaazi balance within 60 seconds. Withdrawals processed to your registered bKash wallet within an average of 45 minutes.
• Nagad: Instant deposits with same-speed crediting as bKash. Withdrawals returned to your Nagad wallet within the same processing window.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank): Deposits and withdrawals supported with standard processing times applicable to the Rocket MFS network.
• Upay: Supported as a secondary mobile financial service payment channel for deposits and withdrawals.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers are accepted for larger transactions subject to standard bank processing times.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed in the cashier section of your hbaazi account at the time of the transaction. hbaazi does not charge fees on deposits. A nominal processing fee may apply to certain withdrawal methods and will always be clearly displayed before you confirm any withdrawal request.

hbaazi reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. hbaazi is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks operating outside hbaazi's direct control.

Deposits made in error may be subject to a reversal fee determined at hbaazi's discretion. Players who attempt to deposit funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal means will have their accounts terminated and the relevant transactions reported to the appropriate authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

hbaazi offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions aligned with major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of the Platform.

The following general conditions apply to all hbaazi bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that expire within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: hbaazi reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings if it suspects bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms. This includes but is not limited to placing offsetting bets across markets to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 via an eligible payment method. The specific qualifying deposit amount is always stated in the individual promotion terms.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the hbaazi Platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, which are accessible within the game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between the specific rules and these general rules, the specific rules shall take precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: hbaazi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed by accounts suspected of professional or syndicated betting activity.
• Odds and Prices: Odds on all sports betting markets are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that wager.
• Software Errors: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or display errors — hbaazi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid.
• Disconnections: hbaazi is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or network issues on the player's side. Where a live casino game round is interrupted mid-play, the game provider's recorded server-side outcome will be the definitive result.
• Match Integrity: Any bet placed on a sporting event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption may be voided by hbaazi at its discretion, regardless of the original outcome.
• Maximum Winnings: hbaazi applies maximum single-transaction and daily winnings limits. These limits are published in the cashier and vary by game category and player account tier under the VIP program.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games on the hbaazi Platform use certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness and the RTP of each game is disclosed where technically possible.

hbaazi's cricket betting markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other domestic and international cricket tournaments. Specific market rules for in-play betting — including ball-by-ball markets, over totals, and player performance markets — are published within the sportsbook interface and are updated as market conditions evolve.

Section 7

Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or hbaazi may close or suspend an account under the circumstances described in this section. Account closure and suspension procedures are designed to protect both the integrity of the Platform and the welfare of players.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your hbaazi account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting hbaazi support. Self-excluded accounts are suspended for the duration chosen by the player and may not be reopened before the selected exclusion period has elapsed. Suspension or Closure by hbaazi: hbaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Attempted exploitation of software errors, bonus abuse, or collusive betting
• Conduct deemed by hbaazi to be threatening, abusive, or harmful to staff or other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hbaazi will notify the account holder by email and will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 working days. Real-money balances in suspended accounts are protected during the investigation period. Balances in accounts closed for breach of terms may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature of the breach.

Section 8

Liability & Disputes

hbaazi provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaazi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. hbaazi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

hbaazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if hbaazi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hbaazi's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the hbaazi Platform, you should contact support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. hbaazi operates a formal complaints procedure and will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. All complaint communications will be handled in English on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

• Bet Disputes: All disputes relating to the outcome of games or betting markets must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event or game round. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.
• Transaction Disputes: Deposit and withdrawal disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date by providing relevant transaction reference numbers from your bKash, Nagad, or bank records.
• Final Decision: hbaazi's decision on all disputes, once a full investigation has been conducted, is final and binding. hbaazi will communicate the outcome of any investigation in writing via email.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hbaazi's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through hbaazi's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.
